These terms apply when you create a fundraiser, place an order or otherwise use KingFundraiser.
Using the service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Orders and payouts
When supporters buy through your fundraiser, the order is processed by KingFundraiser and our payment provider. Earnings are paid out to the group account on file. Fees and the share your group earns are shown before you start a fundraiser.
Subscriptions
Some apps are sold as subscriptions. Supporters can manage and cancel their subscriptions from their account at any time.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer protection laws and the policies shown at checkout.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. The latest version is always available on this page.
